Warming Instructions:
General Warming: Open the jar and gently warm the puree using a double boiler or microwave. Avoid overheating.
Portion Control: If your baby doesn’t finish a full jar in one meal, transfer the needed portion to a separate container and warm only that amount.
Heating Methods:
1. Hot Water Bath (Double Boiler Method):
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, then remove it from heat and let it cool to around 70°C.
Place the opened jar or a heat-resistant bowl with the required portion in the warm water. Ensure the water level reaches about halfway up the container.
Stir continuously to evenly distribute heat throughout the food.
2. Microwave Method:
Transfer the required portion into a microwave-safe bowl or use the opened jar. Cover with a microwave-safe lid or plate.
Heat at 360W for approximately 60 seconds (adjust based on your microwave settings).
Stir thoroughly to ensure uniform heating.
Before Feeding:
Always check the temperature before offering food to your baby.
Use a non-metal spoon for serving.
Storage & Hygiene Guidelines:
Leftover food that has been warmed should not be reused due to the risk of contamination.
Any unheated food left in the jar can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, tightly sealed. Consume it the next day.
Baby food may become more liquid if it comes into contact with saliva.
Additional Baby Care Tips:
Ensure your baby follows a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Start daily dental care as soon as the first tooth appears to promote good oral hygiene.
By following these steps, you can provide your little one with a safe, nutritious, and delicious mealtime experience!
