At Bonpek Baby, we offer the convenient option of local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person during business days and hours. To schedule a local pickup for your order, please follow these steps:

For orders placed on our website:

During the checkout process, opt for the "Local Pickup" method instead of shipping.
Complete the checkout process by providing your contact information and confirming your order.
Upon order confirmation, you'll receive an email detailing your purchase.
Once your order is prepared, you'll receive an email or text message indicating that it's ready for pickup, typically within 2 hours during business hours or about 3 hours before the end of the business hours of the day.
Following the instructions in the pickup notification, send an SMS to 747-231-0238 with your order number starting with BPB to schedule your pickup. You'll promptly receive available pickup windows for the day, allowing you to choose a convenient time.

We offer flexible pickup windows Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm Pacific Time. To accommodate our customers, we strive to offer Saturday pickup hours and, when possible, Sunday pickup windows for urgent pickups.

Feel free to text us for order pickup appointments ANYTIME on ANYDAY, but please not that weekends are still considered non-working days @ Bonpek Baby and our regular working hours end at 7:00 PM.

On the scheduled time, drive to our Glendale pickup location at 315 Chester St, Glendale, CA 91203, make sure not to block the building's drive way in any way and text us upon your arrival.
We will bring your order to your car upon receiving your arrival text.
Verify the contents of your order to ensure accuracy and good condition.
Once confirmed, take your order with you and enjoy your purchase!

Upon order confirmation, please Zelle the total amount to bonpekbaby@bonpek.com . Alternatively, you can pay cash upon pickup, but ensure to Zelle the total before arriving.
When your order is ready, we will text you and provide available pickup windows for the day.
