Step 1: Sterilize
Start by thoroughly washing your hands and sterilizing all bottles, nipples, and any equipment you plan to use. To eliminate any potential bacteria in the water, bring 1 liter of water to a boil and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
Step 2: Refer to the Feeding Chart
Check the feeding chart provided with your formula to determine the correct water-to-formula ratio based on your baby’s age. Use the included formula scoop to ensure precise measurements.
Step 3: Mix the Formula
Close the bottle with a sterilized cap and shake vigorously until the formula powder is completely dissolved with no lumps remaining. We recommend using a nipple cap to cover the bottle top, preventing it from coming into contact with your hands.
Step 4: Check the Temperature
The formula should be at body temperature (~98°F) before feeding. You can cool it in the refrigerator or test the temperature by placing a few drops on your forearm to ensure it’s not too hot. Use the formula immediately after preparation.
