      Local Pickup Instructions for Bonpek Baby:

      At Bonpek Baby, we offer the convenient option of local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person during business days and hours. To schedule a local pickup for your order, please follow these steps:

       

      For orders placed on our website:

      1. During the checkout process, opt for the "Local Pickup" method instead of shipping.
      2. Complete the checkout process by providing your contact information and confirming your order.
      3. Upon order confirmation, you'll receive an email detailing your purchase.
      4. Once your order is prepared, you'll receive an email or text message indicating that it's ready for pickup, typically within 2 hours during business hours or about 3 hours before the end of the business hours of the day.
      5. Following the instructions in the pickup notification, send an SMS to 747-231-0238 with your order number starting with BPB to schedule your pickup. You'll promptly receive available pickup windows for the day, allowing you to choose a convenient time.

      We offer flexible pickup windows Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm Pacific Time. To accommodate our customers, we strive to offer Saturday pickup hours and, when possible, Sunday pickup windows for urgent pickups.

      Feel free to text us for order pickup appointments ANYTIME on ANYDAY, but please not that weekends are still considered non-working days @ Bonpek Baby and our regular working hours end at 7:00 PM.

      1. On the scheduled time, drive to our Glendale pickup location at 315 Chester St, Glendale, CA 91203, make sure not to block the building's drive way in any way and text us upon your arrival.
      2. We will bring your order to your car upon receiving your arrival text.
      3. Verify the contents of your order to ensure accuracy and good condition.
      4. Once confirmed, take your order with you and enjoy your purchase!

      Preparation & How to Use

      To ensure your baby benefits fully from Aptamil Comfort Stage 1, follow these preparation and feeding steps carefully:

      1. Wash your hands thoroughly and use clean or sterilized containers.
      2. Boil fresh drinking water and allow it to cool to approximately 40°C.
      3. Measure the required amount of water into the bottle as per the feeding guide.
      4. Use the provided scoop to measure the formula, leveling off each scoop with a clean knife.
      5. Add the correct number of scoops to the water in the bottle.
      6. Cap the bottle and shake well for about 10 seconds until the powder dissolves completely.
      7. Check the temperature of the formula—it should be around 37°C before feeding your baby.
      8. Always prepare bottles fresh, feed immediately, and discard any leftovers. Avoid using a microwave to heat the formula for safety reasons.

      Storage Advice
      After each use, seal the can tightly and store it in a cool, dry place at room temperature (5°C to 25°C). Use the contents within 4 weeks of opening. The formula is packed under protective gas to maintain quality.

      Standard Preparation
      To make 100 ml of formula, mix 90 ml of water with 3 level scoops of powder (13.8 g). Each scoop equals 4.6 g of formula.
